What are Karavan hours of operation?
You can place orders on-line 24-hours a day. Orders are processed, packed and shipped
during the hours of 6:00am - 2:30pm CST Monday-Friday
Parts in stock ship same day, if not, we make every effort to ship your order
as soon as the part becomes available.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Mastercard, VISA, Discover)
How do I return an item?

An email will be sent to you within 48 hours of receiving your request that will include a return
authorization number. Returns sent to us without an authorization number
will be rejected and returned to you. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Does Karavan ship overseas orders?
Unfortunately at this time we only ship order through this site to the US and Canada. We do however ship overseas orders through our customer service department (920) 928-6200 Option 3
